persuade和convince的用法區(qū)別

　　convince的用法：

　　1 convince sb.to do sth 勸說某人做某事

　　He convinced me to go with him.==He persuaded me to go with him.

　　2 convince sb.of sth.使某人相信

　　He convinced me of his truthfulness to me.

　　他使我相信他對我是忠心耿耿的.

　　convince sb that + 句子-----使某人確信

　　He convinced me that he was right

　　他使我確信他是對的.

　　persuade和convince的用法和區(qū)別?

　　persuade “勸說，說服”。常接“into/out of doing sth.或to do sth.”的結(jié)構(gòu)，表示拿出明顯的理由去說服某人做某事。有時也可接of sth.結(jié)構(gòu)，說明某事物的真相。接that從句，說明某事物是真的。

　　They persuaded us into/out of going(=to go/not to go)to the party.他們說服我們?nèi)?不去參加那次聚會.

　　She was not persuaded of the truth of his statement.

　　她不相信他的聲明是真實的。

　　convince“使(某人)信服，明白”。指用事實或道理排除他人對某事的懷疑，使其深信某事是正確的。常接與從句。

　　We couldn't convince him of his mistake.

　　我們無法使他明白他的錯。
