say的用法1:say的基本含義是指把自己的思想或觀點(diǎn)通過(guò)言語(yǔ)表達(dá)出來(lái),使人明白其意圖,即“說(shuō),講”,著重所說(shuō)話(huà)的內(nèi)容,引申還可指“預(yù)告”“說(shuō)明”“表明”“宣稱(chēng)”“背誦”等。
say的用法2:say還可以作“比方說(shuō),假定說(shuō)”解,是let's say的省略說(shuō)法,用作插入語(yǔ)。
say的用法3:say可用作及物動(dòng)詞,也可用作不及物動(dòng)詞。用作及物動(dòng)詞時(shí),后可接名詞、代詞、動(dòng)詞不定式、帶疑問(wèn)詞的不定式或that/wh-從句作賓語(yǔ)。也可引出直接引語(yǔ)??捎糜诒粍?dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)。有時(shí)還可用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)表過(guò)去。
