簡(jiǎn)歷就是描述自己的教育、特殊的技能、先前的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和興趣的簡(jiǎn)介以便于求職，簡(jiǎn)稱CV(Curriculum Vitae)。

　　格式：

　　->個(gè)人信息 Personal information

　　In addition to your name and address, your CV should state your citizenship, phone number, email address and Language fluency.

　　個(gè)人信息除了你的姓名、地址和電話號(hào)碼，還應(yīng)該包括你的國(guó)籍、電話號(hào)碼、郵箱地址和你的語言流利程度。

　　->工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) Work Experience

　　Begin with your most recent position and list earlier positions in reverse chronological order. For each position, give the title of the job you held, the name and address of the employer, and, in point form, a short description of your responsibilities.

　　先寫最近的職務(wù)，然后按照反年代順序排列列舉以前的職位。對(duì)于每個(gè)職位，說明你所擔(dān)任的職務(wù)，雇主的姓名和地址，并給出你職責(zé)的一段簡(jiǎn)要說明。

　　->教育情況 Education

　　Like work experience, education is often described in reverse chronological order. After citing the dates, name the degree or certificate you received or are working toward. Add"incomplete"if you did not complete a program. Also indicate the school or university and the name of the program.

　　與工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)一樣，接受教育的時(shí)間也是按照反年代順序?qū)?。在提及日期之后，說明那個(gè)你所獲得的或正在學(xué)習(xí)以期獲得的學(xué)位或證書。如果未完成學(xué)業(yè)，請(qǐng)加上“未完成”。另外，指出你曾經(jīng)在哪所學(xué)?；虼髮W(xué)學(xué)習(xí)和你所學(xué)的專業(yè)。

　　->其他部分 Other Sections

　　Depending on your experience and interests, you may wish to add other sections. For example, if you have given workshops for different audience, you might make a Training sessions category. If you have written article for various periodical, you will have a Publications section. If you have done volunteer work, it should be mentioned.

　　根據(jù)你的經(jīng)歷和興趣，你可能想加上其他部分。例如，如果你曾經(jīng)為不同的學(xué)員做過專題討論會(huì)，你可能會(huì)制作一個(gè)培訓(xùn)分類;如果你曾為各種各樣的期刊寫過文章，你有一個(gè)出版的文集;如果你做過志愿工作者，你也可以提及。

　　->證明人 References

　　Common practice is to state“Reference available upon(on)request.”Letters of recommendation may be attended to your CV.

　　通常的寫法是“如您需要可以提供證明人”。當(dāng)然你也可以把證明人寫上去。推薦信可以與簡(jiǎn)歷一起寄出。
