　　在公共場(chǎng)所或辦公室里，只要稍為留心，不難聽到“ isn't it ? ”這個(gè)附加語(yǔ)。這種疑問句是英文幾種疑問句中的一種，主要的用途在強(qiáng)制答話人提供問話人心目中的答案。

　　這個(gè)疑問句有一定的格式，即：

　　·肯定敘述句(affirmative statement)+否定附加語(yǔ)(見例 ①及②)

　　·否定敘述句(negative statement)+肯定附加語(yǔ)(見例③及 ④)
