　　文中的online booking system就是指“網(wǎng)上訂票系統(tǒng)”，鐵道部表示在2011年年底前所有列車都將實(shí)現(xiàn)online purchasing(網(wǎng)上購(gòu)票)，同時(shí)在春運(yùn)前完成system upgrade(系統(tǒng)升級(jí))，在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)推行telephone booking(電話訂票)業(yè)務(wù)。

　　此前鐵道部已宣布，2011年11月20日起所有non-stop trains(直達(dá)特快列車)(Z字頭)將實(shí)現(xiàn)web sales of train tickets(網(wǎng)絡(luò)售票)，12月10日起所有express trains(特快列車)(T字頭)實(shí)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)售票。此外鐵道部表示，將逐步擴(kuò)大ID-based ticket booking system(火車票實(shí)名制)實(shí)行范圍，以遏制“ticket scalper(黃牛/票販子)”ticket touting/scalping(倒票)的行為。
