　　1、Investment Grade

　　Bond rated BBB and above or Baa and above by Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s InvestorService respectively

　　投資級別分別被標準普爾和穆迪投資者服務公司評定為BBB以上或Baa以上的債券。

　　2、Floating Rate Note(FRN)

　　A bond where the coupon’s interest rate is changed periodically in accordance to a specificmarket rate.

　　浮動利率債券(FRN)息票利率根據(jù)一定市場利率而發(fā)生周期性變化的債券。

　　3、Zero Coupon Bond

　　A bond that is issued and sold at a discount, pays no coupons and provides payment of theface value at maturity.

　　零息債券打折出售的到期不支付利息只支付面值的債券。

　　4、Syndicate

　　A group of banks authorized to be involved as the creditor of part of loan transaction.

　　辛迪加被授權(quán)作為債權(quán)人參與部分貸款事務的銀行聯(lián)合組織。

　　5、Junk Bond

　　A bond that is rated by a ratings agency as being below investment grade and investment inthe bond is high risk.

　　垃圾債券被信用級別評定機構(gòu)評定為低于投資級別的投資風險高的債券。

　　6、Fixed Rate Bond

　　A bond where the coupon’s interest rate remains fixed for the entire term. Interest ratemovements affectthe bond’s price not the coupon.

　　固定利率債券在整個債券有效期限內(nèi)，債券的息票利率保持不變的債券。利率的變動影響債券的價格而非息票。
