　　商務(wù)公文收據(jù)寫(xiě)作：

　　收據(jù)種類很多，有收條、借據(jù)、訂閱單、訂貨單等，是在跟對(duì)方發(fā)生錢和物的關(guān)系時(shí)寫(xiě)給對(duì)方作為憑據(jù)的條子，起書(shū)面證據(jù)作用。在寫(xiě)借據(jù)、收條時(shí)，寫(xiě)字據(jù)的日期寫(xiě)于右上角，然后寫(xiě)明是“借”還是“收到”，“借”、“還”錢或物的名稱和數(shù)量。立據(jù)人寫(xiě)于右下角。

　　I. O. U.= I owe you 也可寫(xiě)成IOU， 即“我欠你”的意思，

　　譯成漢語(yǔ)為“今欠”、“今借到”。
